CertusOps was born on the shop floor, out of 20+ years of fighting the same fires you fight every day.
Hi, I'm Mike.
I've spent more than 20 years in aerospace, with most of it in supplier development and recovery, cleaning up the messes that happen when demand shifts, suppliers slip, and the ERP doesn't know the difference. I've run the expedite calls, negotiated the recovery plans, and stood in production meetings trying to explain why the "green" dashboard didn't match the "red" reality on the shop floor.
I built CertusOps because I was tired of living in Excel. Tired of chasing data across disconnected systems. Tired of finding out about a shortage the week it grounded a shipment instead of the month I could have done something about it.
The tools I needed didn't exist. The ERP was a system of record, not a system of reality. So I built the thing I always wished I had: software that recalculates the truth daily, using real-world constraints, so the people running the line can trust the numbers and act before the fire starts.
